HOW TO BECOME EXPERT IN YOUR FIELD - SIR BILAL SUJELA

 

There are many people in the world, who strive a lot to achieve recognition & a rocketing success, however only few of them are able to attain it.

The reason behind the success of these few people is their Expertise & their Proficient Command over their skills. 

Similarly, today we are having a great individual with us, who has successfully cracked the code of being an Expert. This individual is known for his outstanding teaching skills, Bilal Sujela. 

Today, he will be sharing with us some prominent tips for channelizing our path for being an Expert.

Before starting, I would like to introduce the honorable Bilal Sujela, who has started his career in teaching back in 2019. In this short span, Mr. Bilal has been able to attain a great success & is currently one of the rising teachers of  O-Level Islamiyat in Pakistan. His affiliations are too long, which include, Metropolis Academy, Metropolitan Academy, Benchmark School, The Cube Institution, STA Academy, AA-Academy, Revizar, Flow Academy, Edu Conz and etc. Moreover, he is also teaching online internationally to the students majorly from Dubai & Saudi Arabia.

CHOOSING A FIELD: 

According to Sir Bilal, first of all you should concentrate on your interests & should choose the stream with respect to it. For Example: If a person is passionate about animals, so he would be more interested in to become a Veterinarian, Wild-Life Biologist, Zoologist or etc.

Secondly, he also mentioned, that if you are not sure about your interests, so you must consult with your peers, or should converse with the person you are inspired from.

Adding on, he enlisted that you should always remember your goals while selecting a field.

TAKING INITIATIVES:

After deciding a specific field to excel, you have to be focused & clear for stepping into the field.

As for this, you should have a broad path to move on, which can be attained by building a strong expanded network. For Example: If you wanted to start a Car Dealer Business, so you must have good understanding & strong networking with other car dealers or manufacturers.

POLISHING SKILLS: 

To polish yourself & to increase your worth, you need to bring uniqueness, that can attract people & can help us to stand at the top of lead-board.

Further, a life without risk is like a burger without a bun, so this emphasize to take calculated risks as well as to be prepared for challenges. This can be done by experimenting new things & by executing new ideas.

Besides this, the best way to improve is to learn from your mistakes as well as from the mistakes of others too.

RECOGNIZING WEAK AREAS:

The best person is he, who always try to optimistically handle the weaknesses of oneself. 

This can be done, by retrieving valuable feedback from all those people in your surroundings, who are reliable.

In addition to this, you should assess your past performances & should try to improve it continuously.

To manage a consistent growth, you should prepare journals for progress tracking & should also learn from your seniors for having an in-depth review of their past experiences.

UPSCALING SKILLSET:

To upscale your skillset, you need to keep yourself updated with the latest trends & innovations occurring all across the globe, as well as you should keep yourself in practice, so that your skills do not get worn out. 

Furthermore, you need to dive into the challenging tasks & should be consistent with your work.

Moreover, to upscale your level, you always need to keep your base stronger.

Overconfident is like a termite that ruins our growth as a termite ruins a wood, so to ensure consistency in your growth, always try to be humble & always keep learning.
