There are many experts across the world, however the legends are very few. The element which distinguishes between an expert & a legend is the power of communication. This is because, the legends possess great art of transferring their ideas to the people.

Likewise, today we are having one of the rising legends of Pakistan, Sir Kashan Rashid, who has a fluent command over his communication skills. He is one of the most popular & rising O & A levels Physics teacher, who is following his passion of teaching since 2013 & has taught 2500+ students from all across the world. In 2021, his students were able to achieve 3 distinctions in Physics.

POWER OF COMMUNICATION:

First of all, Sir Kashan mentioned that communication is too much powerful that it helps you to progress into your fields & helps to convey ideas to the audience.

For communicating powerfully, he initially marked that you should keep your desired audience into your mind, should choose comfortable language in which you can confidently speak, as well as should practice for being proficient enough to persuade the people.

BUILDING CONFIDENCE:

To build up the confidence, you should address large audiences & should practice too hard to develop stamina for eliminating the fear of criticism.

Further, while rehearsing, you should think positively about your audience.

As breaks are important to feel fresh, if you forget some pointers, so do not be chaotic, instead pause for few seconds & try to replace them spontaneously with other points.

MAINTAINING PACE:

When you try to Master your communication skills, so you should listen to the Professional Public Speakers for having an in-depth knowledge about maintaining pace. 

Moreover, you should participate in MUN (Model United Nation) as well as should join debate clubs, like TED, Toastmasters, & etc.

SENSIBLE HUMOUR:

You should try to engage the audience through sensible humour or by cracking logical jokes, however should always remember to respect the audience & should treat them with dignity.

This helps to deviate the people, when they feel tired.

To develop humour, you should read books, articles, comics or should watch serials & movies related to the matter of your subject.

BASICS OF MOVEMENT:

You should always remember that posture is very important.

You should move slowly & patiently, as well as should move in a way that displays you as a decent or  as a sane individual.

Rather than over-doing the movement, you should move with respect to the situation & should move to a certain degree, which shows that your posture is matching with your words.

BEING AUDIBLE:

If you lack audibility, then you are compared as a lion who cannot roar. It does not means that you should scream on the rostrum, instead it means that your voice should be clear & understandable. 

For this, if you cannot speak loudly, then its preferred to use microphones.

Moving further, you should have in-depth insights of your topic for having firmness & crisp in your voice.

Moreover, while speaking, you should emphasize on the phrases which are very prominent, so that they can be highlighted to the people, as well as should adjust your tone according to the words you are speaking.

Last, but not the least, you should not speak in a robotic manner, alternatively you should be enthusiastic for generating spark in the audience.

SIR KASHAN'S IMPORTANT ADVICE:

Concluding the session, Sir Kashan advised the youth to follow your passion, if its sustainable in terms of finances & development.

Furthermore, he also mentioned for working on soft skills, likewise basics of dressing, communication, leadership, time-management & etc.
