WHY WE ARE ASKED TO SLEEP & WAKE UP EARLY?


"Early to bed, Early to rise, makes the man healthy, wealthy & wise". These are some of the most prominent words, we all have heard during our childhood. At that time, we used to get annoyed by hearing these bunch of words constantly along with the illustrations of accomplished individuals morning routines.

However growing up, a sense of realization developed that "Why we are emphasized to sleep & to wake up early?"

So to discover this theory of BEING EARLY, let's delve into the blog. 


REPAIR MECHANISM:

All day we are endeavoring a lot to achieve our goals, as a result of this restless hard-work, our body needs a rest in form of a peaceful sleep of 8 hours
The reason we are recommended to sleep early is that during the time period of 12am to 4am, our body is dealing with the Repair Mechanism. In this mechanism, our body is getting healed from all the wear & tear which took place during our noon activities, as well as our body organs are getting prepared to hustle productively next day.

GROWTH PROCESS:

In early morning during the dawn, growth hormones are released into the body, which contributes to the development & growth of the body.
Since growth hormones remain activated till 12pm, therefore medical experts specify us to complete all our crucial chores of the day before noon as it is the most constructive period of the day.
